Thank you for sharing this. Watching the videos goes to confirm how genuine Fran truly is. His emphasis on relationships is real and his desire to connect and care about other people as individuals is as authentic as it gets. I don’t think we’ve truly seen how lucky we are to have Fran as our head coach.
