From article on ESPN's site, Dion's quote about what LeBron said about Dion being on the Cavs.

That's what comes with it when you got somebody like LeBron who brings all that attention around the team when we wasn't used to having that. So the littlest things that you do, they be like the biggest."

I suppose Dion may have been a bit excited, but if his English was quoted correctly, wow. I am glad Dion is on OKC, I think he has a much better chance to develop and contribute than on the Cavs.

He came from a rough part of Philly, no need to judge his grammar. It's not like these guys go to college for an education, despite what people like to say.

Check out the NBA game logs where they show all their field goals in every game. I didn't catch the Grizzlies game, but the few games before he was getting good looks and the ball just wasn't going in. He's just slightly off. Just a slump.

I know it sounds like I'm making excuses but I am starting to get a little disappointed in him that Kyrie has taken off without him, and he hasn't shown much growth in his game besides playing harder defense. You'd think his ambition would make him realize the importance of work ethic, practice, and always improving. Sometimes I wonder if Dion would've fit in better in the late 90's-early 2000's with Iverson, Marbury, and Sprewell. Same attitude.

From the video it looks like he's also pointing toward the corner - like they have an open shooter down there. LeBron is just pounding the ball from the looks - but who knows.

Yeah, its quite possible that Waiters was looking to be used to swing the ball.

The arm movement is a little confusing though. Almost like a stay there motion.

LBJ has a pretty good history as a great passer/playmaker/distributor/scorer/team player. LeBron would've given the ball to Marshawn at the 1-yard line, Dion would've thrown the ball or tried to run it in himself.

I was so jacked for Dion when LeBron went back to Cleveland and from the get-go had Dion's back and talked about him in glowing terms. Too bad things didn't work out for Dion, I hope he goes on to have a good career and reach his potential. I'm dubious, though. Granted, the Cavs added some excellent pieces, particularly Mozgov, but is it just a coincidence that the Cavs are a better team and clearly have better chemistry since Dion left? JR's a way better fit. At some point, Dion has to take responsibility for the direction his career's heading. There was a honeymoon at first in OKC, but I'd be surprised if he's there more than 2 years.

Mostly during their first couple years in the league...though I think some remained steadfast up until LeBron win his irst title.

Oh yeah, there was a lot of that. I was on the boat until about the third year. We felt Melo should've won rookie of the year but they gave it to Lebron because of the hype, which I still believe. Lebron took it to another level eventually.
