I'm sure this has been discussed, but I've been off the board since basically January, so sorry in advance.

I think the hiring of JB Gerald is a great strategic move. He was a football coach in DC, which has clearly been identified as one of the new recruiting target markets for Babers & Co. I'm sure he has deep connections in that area and will only help our staff get in the door in many of those schools. The sheer amount of talent in the Greater DC/NoVA/MD area is insane.

I really, really like the direction we're going in recruiting. Hopefully this pays off in spades.
