What is Rocket guilty of?
Likely perjury and PED use

Indeed...in the end he was. However, he himself opened up the can of worms by taking such an emphatic offensive approach. Most experts concluded that if he hadn't been so aggressive and just let the Mitchell Report alone, he wouldn't have torched himself...a lot of his fans, etc. would have just concluded...maybe...and nowhere near as damning...Maybe a bad analogy in Roger's case, but being extremely aggessive when you're a public figure is a very very slippery slope, especially when the allegations are not public or have gone viral...
It's a pretty important nuance, imo, given what we are going through right now (with Bernie)Thanks to mistrial, I believe he is currently not declared guilty, no.
You missed the point. You have to be 100% clean to be bold.
here's my big unanswered question.
how is it that during all those road trips together jb says he never once went to bernie's hotel room?
just seems bizarre to me.
It's JB...i wouldnt expect any less on that front.didn't say it wasn't true. but if indeed it is then yes that is bizarre behavior.
I diplomatically disagree. You do not have to be 100% clean to be bold. Is there such a thing...100% clean? There have been many bold, arrogant, etc. people that I'm certain haven't been clean...cough...Wall Street debacle, etc. Roll the dice if you want and let the chips fall where they may...

if I was accused of being a child molester and that it was not true, I would go guns ablazing.
IAn acquaintance of mine runs a yoga studio and was accused by a female student of fondling her during adjustments. .
los angelesMoqui was that in syracuse just curious?
AZ, you make a pertinent point within the context of the timeframe when the allegations first came out. Fast forward to now... at this point there is nothing to lose with respect to trying to maintain a low profile and keep the issue from the general public. The cat is out of the bag so to speak. Why not go after them with both guns drawn now? I'm sure you'll make the point that he is under advisement to not say anything at all BUT, if he is beyond reproach in regard to the current allegations why not go on the offensive if you are clean as a whistle? I'm just sayin. I do however understand your stance and it certainly has some merit. Cheers! It's a pretty important nuance, imo, given what we are going through right now (with Bernie)
Who is Bernie going to go after? Davis? For what? Under what theory? Defamation? Seems like an uphill battle.AZ, you make a pertinent point within the context of the timeframe when the allegations first came out. He could sue Lang, win the family eatery, rename it "Fine's Constantia Cove Diner" and launch an item titled Bernie's Thickburger. They could cover it with a secret in house version of Russian Dressing called Bernie's Special Orange Sauce. The advertising writes itself : "not every young Orange fan can be a Syracuse ball boy, but anyone can come on down to Fines and get a mouthful of Bernie's Thickburger and his tasty Special Sauce."
too soon?
I wouldn't. It would be a stupid move. Let sleeping dogs lie. ONce it becomes public, it's a different matter, but why would you want to plant that seed in anyone's mind yourself? You can't unring that bell. Many will have the association "bees was accused of child molestation . . . let's just keep an extra close eye on him and not let the kids near him." Even if you were dumb enough to do it, your lawyer and probably your wife would be smart enough to stop you.
An acquaintance of mine runs a yoga studio and was accused by a female student of fondling her during adjustments. Her lawyer contacted him, threatened a lawsuit, said they would go to the press, etc.. At that point, though, it was still just between the two of them, but he put up a message on his website forcefully denying the allegations. The threatened lawsuit never materialized, but word was out that he was a molester and his business fell through the floor. He closed earlier this year.
You misread that too. What Fla said and I agreed with is that if I was accused of being a child molester and that it was not true, I would go guns ablazing. But you can't go guns ablazing unless you are clean. Not talking about people who go guns ablazing and arent innocent or clean.
While it is bizzare, I can believe it is true. I saw the team the airport in Syracuse a handful of years back and EVERYONE was sitting, waiting for the plane together (assistant coaches, players, managers etc). They all were joking around laughing and an entire block of chairs over was JB reading a book all by himself. I know it is completely different, but I remember at time thinking that is really strange. Not even a coach was near him. When Hop said he was a ghost on the road it made me think of that.didn't say it wasn't true. but if indeed it is then yes that is bizarre behavior.
