FYI. Source confirmed to me that Syracuse is talking to Isaac Chukwurah, who remains pledged to PSU but has reopened his recruitment.

So reopening recruitment while remaining committed just means Franklin had a no visits policy after verbal commitment and now that he is gone, guys are just taking visits until they announce their decommitment?

No. More like the coach got fired but I don't know who they are going to hire to replace him yet so I'm going to say I'm still committed, even though I'm looking, just in case they hire someone good who decides to honor my commitment.
