Yeah Sacramento St is investing tons of $$ into football. They are in the process of moving to FBS from FCS and hired Brennan Marion as their coach. They have Tim Brewster and some other big name former coaches on staff. They hired Ryan Bartow (our former recruiting staffer) away from FSU for recruiting and just got a couple 2026 four stars to commit last week.

Well the 4 stars haven't committed yet all 20t26 guys are composite 3 stars but they have some 4 stars visiting at quite a clip. Its a hot new program spending a lot of cash.

They've invested heavily in basketball also. Trying to get into the new Pac 12 or whatever it's called.

Spending cash, more than being a hot and new program IMO. They have an FCS roster they don’t need to spend money on. Thus they can put all their NIL resources into this class, thus interest from 4 stars.

Their top guy was not a local guy. He’s from Missouri and offered by everyone from the SEC. Only one reason to choose Sac st. He’s probably getting what our whole receiving room gets In NIL.
