I'm neither well respected or an insider...my info is just coming from others who have sources.

BL: Ash is one of the 2 candidates...but there is supposedly one more out there.

I would think they would want to bring the "guy" out at halftime tomorrow...if not that brings up more questions.

Not saying Ash is going to lead to a national title but he is catching a lot of heat and undeservingly so. Give the guy a chance. I don't think he was the best hire but I don't think he is a bad hire. I DO think he can build this program and has some good connections which will help. How successful he is solely relies on who he brings in as OC in my opinion.

I like the guy. He seems to have what it takes to lead. If he can bring an aggressive OC on board, and then not fight over the best athletes for the defensive side, it could be a great hire. Just because he is a DC doesn't mean he won't want to score lots of points. I'm pretty sure he understands you have to score points to win...
