That’s based on the proposed House v NCAA settlement. At this point the presiding judge has refused to sign off on the settlement offer and mandated several revisions. This may take a while. This is also holding up the proposed direct payments of athletes by the schools. Mit Winter is a great follow on X to keep track of this.

This is supposed to get resolved early spring. Everyone expects it to get done for various reasons, including the fact that the Judge is retiring. Direct revenue sharing will start in July
