Great job by you guys who make your picks here and on the bracket matrix but maybe it's because we are a bubble team that churns me. I shouldn't be waking up in the middle of the night to check the West Coast scores. I do love to see our potential matchups but should or shouldn't the NCAA have a computer generated bracket that eliminates any need for a "committee". Should things stay status quo or should the brackets go to the next level?

I enjoy the talk, but I loathe being the star attraction of the conversation practically every year recently. It is kind of funny - at least in college football you are arguing among the top 4 teams rather than the best of the mediocre.

It's lame, and I'm extremely jealous that Lunardi figured this scam out before me.
Nothing lasts forever. If there was some hot, sexy chica making picks, people would forget that fat fork quickly. It's not too late for you to be that chica.

Don't worry, we'll catch our break too, we've just got to keep our eyes open.

I pay zero attention to it. Back when we were good, I would watch the selection Sunday bracket presentations, but even then i didn’t look at any prognostications. Now? Hell no. And all the people who are monitoring, game by game, other teams and hoping and wishing the right teams lose so as to better our chances? I don’t know if I envy their excitement and engagement, or mock their futile nerdiness.

[Trying to be nice. It’s definitely the latter.]

If computers made the decisions this year, Colgate would be a 3 seed.

Love it when we don't have to deal with the stress of the bubble.
Exactly. Being on the bubble sucks, especially when it happens every year. It's so much more enjoyable when we are talking about our seeding.

A few years ago Lunardi tried to take a shot at JB, and by rote Syracuse, by saying that he would change the phrase “on the bubble”, to being “on the Boeheim”.
I loathed him before that, more then
ever now, and the entire spectacle is abhorrent to me. But...it’s still better than the alternative.

He’s technically not wrong.

Both... I love keeping track and knowing what’s going on (primarily from our own board members).

I absolutely loathe the bs inundation from the talking heads the last week leading up to selection Sunday. You can’t convince me otherwise that guys like Lunardi don’t do what they do for clicks and to develop conversation/debate. It’s all a show (and I do understand that’s what they’re paid to do). I would respect it a lot more if I believed that they were giving their honest assessment throughout.

Bull$hlt! It was a cheap shot, and love or hate JB, SOB that he can sometimes be, he’s still OUR SOB! It was uncalled for, period.
We've been pretty much been on the bubble for 7 straight years.

Totally beside the point. Let's find a program with a losing record and every time they lose we can call it, "taking a (fill-in-the-blank)" name. Whether it was JB or not, its bush league and personal.
