Does anyone know if the University tried to get the 2014 season counted in the NCAA decision

They don't, that's why it isn't a credible penalty if self-imposed retroactively.

My original point in the first post did we make this argument at the time of the penalties. If we did we would have grounds for a lawsuit. If we didn't my point was it was a bad decision.
