The other thing I'm starting next week is a new vitamin, a variant on the B vitamin family called Nicotinamide, a form of vitamin B3.  It has shown promise in reducing the risk of non-melanoma skin cancers and actinic keratoses, particularly in high-risk individuals, through its ability to enhance DNA repair and reduce UV-induced damage.
