Might be a dumb question, but as Doug and co. try to build the brand in the greater NYC area is it possible for them to host camps for youth football (12-16) in that area? If done every year it could be a good way to get the first look at these kids and build a relationship with parents/son early on. It would also be a good way to get some of these kids to see a potential future path and focus on football & academics over other sports/ activities.
I know they have long distance camps in Buffalo and NYC for Junior/Senior kids but for some of these athletes it may be too late to make an impression and/or turn their grades around.
More of a long-term idea since the payoff wouldn't be seen anytime soon.
