again... game didnt start until 3:30... should be fully stocked by then, and be up to speed prior... just say...service catering!...The food situation is awful. They need to address it. If you are going to have limited options at least have those options made correctly.
They got rid of fountain drinks. Ok, If thats the plan than do that well.
Pepsi makes many sodas. From what i can tell they offer very few
Pepsi
Diet Pepsi
Mountain Dew
Orange Crush
So one diet flavor.
No RB, no DR Pepper. No Ginger Ale. None of the off shoot varieties.
They literally have 100s of coolers and they are selling about 4 brands and you cant get all those flavors in many of the areas.
As people have mentioned the beer situation is also broken
Why can't they come up with a place in the app/web site to tell people where you can get the drinks you want. Its a zoo getting around the dome as it is and not knowing what is being served where is a joke
Obviously, they have no idea how to run the food part. Again, foods are in random areas. If you are in the 300s and want a burger good luck. What good are the grab and go if they are empty or don't sell even the main products most of the time. Then when you actually find the food its ice cold. This has to be job one to fix the Dome experience. Cook food outside if they have to and put in some dumb waiter solutions if they can't figure out how to cook a hot dog. Don't grill them, to other Hoffmans brands that can be boiled or steamed. Figure out how to have buns less than 4 weeks past due date. Other places figured it out.
The new area is nice.. If all you want to do is watch a game. I got there after 3. No food in the booth I finally got to. Its way over crowded. I think they should charge to get in. And people are slobs. They at least had a few tall tables. But again with so many people its hard to get around in. Then add in people just up and left the table full of debris and walked away. Having the ticket area be inside took away another 30-40 ft of space inside. But as people found out if you sit anywhere west of the 50 don't try to go to the new area. It might take 20-30 min to get around the packed concourses. They really need to find a way to do it on the west end. Why not do something that isnt completely connect to the dome. They create some cutouts to a new area. Seems like you could do this on a couple levels. The lower could be open air if they wanted and the upper into the 2-300s could be a a few bridges cut into the walls like they did on the east side. this could be done without much impact on the dome you would think until you did the connection part. There is Easly twice as much empty space on the west side as Miron area was built in.
Move ticketing in some places away from the gates, cover the gate areas and create more space inside the dome for things. The whole entry on the south side is wasted and then people get jammed in the old turnstile doors? Why are we still using turnstile doors?
If there was/is pulled pork in the dome and they are using baby rays rather than Dino in Syracuse they deserve to fail. And that is an issue. First there is no real pull pork in the dome it (crock pork crap) second,,,, they used baby rays. If it has no bark or smoke it complete crap pork IMO. Id never serve crockpot pork to anyone, even at a tailgate from anything I would produce. The pulled pork sucks - made in a crockpot with sweet baby rays.
You should email Pete Sala and let him know. There’s a new food and beverage director running things at the dome and sadly, he’s made a lot of bad changes. The food situation is awful. They need to address it. If you are going to have limited options at least have those options made correctly.

I would think Baby rays would sell better for more people than Dino though in this type of setting. If there was/is pulled pork in the dome and they are using baby rays rather than Dino in Syracuse they deserve to fail. Is he in the portal?Find the guy who makes the chicken tenders at the UNLV game and hire him. they were killer for stadium food.
I got it at the UCONN game - think it was 12.95 for the sandwich and had Cole slaw on it. You could also get pulled pork nachos - both of these were only in Miron. It was nasty. They used to have Dino pulled pork sandies at one of the stands before they “redid” them all.If there was/is pulled pork in the dome and they are using baby rays rather than Dino in Syracuse they deserve to fail. 1) I have voted with my wallet, and outside of water I got nothing this year minus a popcorn a couple times.OK - I'm likely gonna get ratio'd for this, so have at it -
WHY would ANYBODY buy ANY food at ANY stadium??!!
It's all crap. At best.
And ridiculously overpriced crap to boot.
You pregame / tailgate before, right?
People can't not eat for 3-4 hours, after having gorged themselves beforehand?
You know the stadium food is gonna suck. Because it always sucks.
So vote with your wallet - don't have any.
I have been to many stadiums where it does not suck.OK - I'm likely gonna get ratio'd for this, so have at it -

And exactly the reason that soda in bottles often fails. Hard to restock cold soda in machines and get it cold in short amounts of time.I haven’t had a cold soda all year. Drives me nuts. My brother tried to get dome dog 3 different times during game in 1H and they had none at several stops
Stale buns are the norm anyway. Just keep them for a week and use them in bball.I get running out if it was the last lax game and you didnt want to have more than you need with summer coming up but its not like the dome is closing for the year...
I find it deliciously ironic that “domedog” liked your post! HahahaOK - I'm likely gonna get ratio'd for this, so have at it -

you are not wrong, just like beer cans... etc.And exactly the reason that soda in bottles often fails. Hard to restock cold soda in machines and get it cold in short amounts of time.
You have overrated the "food."It's the only food they sell outside of popcorn that doesn't taste like crap
The Hot Dogs suck, the chicken is often soggy, pre-wrapped Subs...whatever. I didn't try the pulled pork in the new Miron area because it was a zoo and couldn't get to it, but even if it was good the point is only selling it there isn't ideal.
There has to be a better way to prepare the hot dogs, and have a decent food option or two at every concession stand. It can't be that difficult. I go to other stadiums to see games every now and then and its like night and day. Nobody is asking for Sushi and prime rib, but a decent hot dog, a decent burger and fries, and pizza should be at EVERY concession stand at the Dome. And sell Ice Cream on the 200/300 level as well.
Just my 2 cents. If they did any of that I (and I am sure others) may actually spend money on food there. The past two years I have pretty much stopped cause its so friggin bad. Now I just go to the game, get a water, and go out to eat after the game someplace good. They get no concession money from me anymore after nothing ever changing or improving
