idk sure sounds like a lot of defending Carrier's interest to me - elevating them to the level of alumni donors and arguing in favor of maintaining the awful deal we made with them ... IJS

Sometimes you need to be aggressive and creative to effect change. Being passive and accepting the status quo never works.

To me this is one of those times

A donor is a donor and the legality and reality of it is all the same. btw...many big donors in universities are not necessarily alumni and I hardly think you would want to consider them second class to alumni donors.
