Probably the standard length of contract for a head coach nowadays. Shouldn't mean anything as far as terminating him. Could have a clause in there that if he fails to make the NCAAT that so and so could happen.![]()

The only verified number in that article is the 1.7m base salary for Autry in 2023. The rest is speculation.Why would anyone give a first time head coach with no experience a 7 year deal. Paying him $3mm is just awful
Completely false. It says in the article “contract terms are not available” so this whole thing is nonsense. He signed a 5 year deal. He had small escalators in pay from the $1.8m he started with. Those are facts
