I often find Doyle lacks nuance and oversimplifies things. I hate his attitude toward fans who criticize him. But he is one of the few national columnists who isn't afraid to upset people, and he does a good service overall.

I like Doyle as a writer, he's really good, but man...he does the "be a dickhead" shtick to a tee. I thought he was spot on with this one though.
