So the quality of recruits leaving Rutgers is not as good, and the quantity has gone done a bit, though we will surely have more people leaving (and coming in) between now and September. It will be interesting to see how the new staff ones retaining this questionable talent. I believe UConn has the gold standard of defections in one season with 20.
