Interesting. Sounds like he was injured in 2020, then didn't play much in 2021. Wonder if the little play in 2021 was still due to recovering from an injury.

Well he must have some talent as he had 18 tackles in 2018 and a couple sacks and then 15 tackles in 2019. He is 257 lbs so he wouldn't be too undersized for a DE. I think that is slightly under optimal weight as a DE in our 3-3-5 though I know others disagree. At least not too undersized for maybe our smaller rush end. But he only had 2 sacks in 2018, none in 2019. So not sure pass rush is his specialty. 2020 he was injured and didn't really play barely at all in 2021. How he has recovered from injury is certainly a concern.
