I think some of you all have this perceived purest thrower vision about Babers and I am curious why. Babers never said he didn’t want ED to run, he just wanted him to be smart about doing it. His QBs have ran the ball plenty at his other stops. I think everyone just believes that if a coach has a frequent pass concept offense, that the coach must want a pure passer only. My take...whoever can execute and win.

I just said it didn’t help. Wasn’t shifting. Riley did just stand there.

I know what it means, you may not because that is exactly what you tried to do. Did any action by Riley cause the ball to be fumbled? No. Therefore he was not responsible for it. Suggesting that any non action by him contributed is a diversion of responsibility from the responsible person. Probably the main problem for this team is that no one is responsible or held accountable for what they do.

you have that reverse. his overall play has been fine, yes the brain fart plays hurt. but how many bad decision plays did he have yesterday? he is trying to force things and thats a given.

you see 4-5 pros do the same dumb thing every weekend too.. ie Josh Allen.
