I used to feel the same way as Jeremy. WLAX just isn't LAX.

But the girls game has come a long way. The rules are still idiotic. But the athleticism and speed has really increased in the last couple years. Plenty of scoring, plenty of good defense (maybe not like men's lax d but at least akin to basketball), some great ball movement, exciting saves.

Last two years, I always enjoy watching SU WLAX.

Oh, I forgot to mention, some of these women can REALLY sling it. Levy from SU has a cannon, which is tough with no pocket.
