im not sure progression was the issue. the early sack the 2 wr ran into each other took us out of fg range. the late sack he was running a double move and get creamed. its not like guys were running free all game and he didnt see them.

He did have one good look off last week that resulted in a great (pass) play.

I think he's very concerned about turnovers. He'll loosen up, and if the receivers can get space he'll look off ...if the O line gives him time.

I think I am on to what the OP is talking about. I believe it was in the 3rd Qtr. where Eric just locked onto one side, and one receiver(?), and didn't convert. never moved his head around. it bothered me at first, but overall, now, I understand d where Eric is coming from and what he was trying to do......mo turnovers

once the fear is gone, he will be solid...lets hope it is next week, so that LSU is stopped momentarily on the run, otherwise it could be a long afternoon...
