Whose the Fran Brown of college basketball?

Does Wildhack go back to finding a GREAT recruiter, and trust him to put good people around him as he learns to coach or does he go with someone with HC experience? Will he look to the women’s game?
Will he go with an inside guy with outside experience, like a Jason Hart?
Has he back channeled the next coach already?
Whoever it is, they are going to have to win the introductory press conference in a slam dunk!!
EDIT: Someone who brings serious NIL backing?

A great recruiter who struggles within the confines of the season. Adrian Autry! I solved the riddle!

I'm glad we have Fran and I can't tell you how much I hope he succeeds. However, what exactly is the Fran of college basketball? While there are many things to like about Fran and his approach, there are also some concerns as well. Way too early in my book to judge him as a coach. Fingers crossed though.

I do not want a Fran Brown coach as head coach for basketball. Every single coach on staff means more in basketball so you have to nail them all. You have like 100 coaches in football so you can delegate duties where others are lacking. Basketball not nearly as many coaches.

Give me a really good X’s and O’s head coach. Your top assistant also be really good with X’s and O’s and have a good relationship with players. Then your last 2 assistants have be great recruiters where they get the players the head coach and top assistant can coach up and put in the best positions

No recruiting-focused hires, no alums, and no outside the box hires. Please. There is a proven path to making a successful hire, and I think there are already few really good candidates at the mid major level, but I’d like is to get the most proven guy at that level.
