Perhaps most underrated Orange All-American.

He was electric on punt returns. I believe he still holds a record for most yards in a season. Close to 500. He was also exceptional in coverage and hit like a ton of bricks. Went to have a great pro career for the Saints. Fantastic player.

Why is this a special teams thread and not an Ed Hendrix thread?

I know. And it was exciting. But my blind hatred of special teams biases me against including it.

Plus, I feel like it's relatively easy to pile up special teams yarfage. Scrimmage yarfs separate the men from the boys.
