Apologize if this has already been discussed, but can someone explain why Elijah Hughes is intro'ed as a redshirt Junior? One year at ECU, sat out a year an Syracuse, and first year playing at Syracuse makes him a redshirt soph with two years of eligibility left, doesn't it?

trevor cooney was an academic sophomore when he was listed (correctly) as a redshirt freshman

Right. So he's a junior, or a redshirt sophomore. Inconsistent with the way they describe other redshirts.

I’ve already had this discussion with several people who were insisting to me that he’s a Junior because that’s what they listed him as on TV.
