Attendance is hugely important for an exciting atmosphere. Unfortunately we're at a time in history when real human interactions are devalued against electronic interactions. Facebook and Twitter are up, bowling leagues and church attendance are down. Even the teen pregnancy rate is down, thanks to our electronic silos.

True about the electronic interactions, which I assume means that people are watching either on the TV or their phones, but in this case I believe that people aren't really as interested in SU Football, in person or otherwise. That needs to change!
