Yup. Given everything that's happened, love that this squad just went out and played basketball. Also love the hard work that everybody,most notably Fab and Dion did in the offseason. Proof that it pays off.

Starting to enter that historical danger zone part of season...when all has been going very well with a few BE wins to start. Then the inevitable letdown comes. They are better this season, but still young men who could have a letdown in focus or emotion on a given night. Lock in and fight through any mid-season drop off. Keep that "total body of work" at the top for our tourney seeding.

Last year when we lost 4 in a row, 5 out of the 9 players were basically freshmen southerland had so few minutes the year before. Scoop, joseph, jackson, triche on 30-5 team. On this team 8 of 10 were on that team last year so i expect when we lose a game they won't lose focus. This team seems to get it that every game can be an upset, last year we would not have held off marquette. Two key plays yesterday were after marquette got a layup to make it 59-54. We came down CJ misses a layup rebounds misses another layup marquette gets a 3, Score 59-57. We hurry up floor and joseph drives and puts up a bad shot keita rebounds holds onto ball and is fouled makes 2 free throws, score 61-57. Next play waiters blocks 3 pt attempt and hits driving layup score 63-57 back in control. And this was from our bench players not our starters.
