...Walt Frazier. I could have said Jerry West but I am a Knicks fan. Besides, I was lucky enough to have seen Clyde play so many times in the Garden. Same cool calm demeanor and expressionless face and just a prime time stone cold killer. When the game was on the line and he was on the floor everything seemed to be in hand. I haven't felt that way until now. Quite remarkable, eh.
 
I don't see Clyde, Clyde was flashy. I remember Clyde's M.O. getting his man in the air and then lean into him while shooting. And a sterling defensive player. Where he was like Tyler, Clyde closed games. He took the tough shots when it was tight. And made them when it counted (or got to the line)
But I know what you mean, previous years the offense in too many games were real shaky, pass the ball around the perimeter then jack up a bad shot by the wrong guy while the shot clock is expiring. You kind of expected it. This year even the rare time it happens we just shrug it off.
