Pro Football Focus, which I absolutely love, ranks Dungey as the #9 QB prospect for the 2019 draft. Only other ACC QB to make the list is NC State's Ryan Finley, who ranks #3. The top-ranked QB is Justin Herbert of Oregon.

PFF notably grades every player on every snap. I think they're the gold standard of player evaluation.
