Or did he go away with the rest of the staff?
Any of the coaches on the offensive side of the ball could really enhance their resume by coaching under Dino Babers. His system is one many programs want to run. If your goal is to someday become a HC, you want to work under a system like Dino's.If they are smart, they will re-hire Bobby Acosta too. Great coach, great recruiter, northeast & NJ ties and kids love him. Some resemblance of continuity with the current commits too.
Agree 100% would be a smart move, get some stability of him learning under one offensive system for a few yearsAny of the coaches on the offensive side of the ball could really enhance their resume by coaching under Dino Babers. Acosta would really position himself well to become an OC or HC someday if he was offered a spot on the staff and decided to stay.
Three great choices!Unfortunately at this point, I think our assistant coaches will all be at new schools next year. I know they've been interviewing. Whoever is hired could certainly grant them an interview, but it might be too late already. These guys have families to take care of, so I can't blame them for being proactive. All I've heard is that Coyle told them to pack their stuff and that was pretty much it. Very strange, but that's the ugly side of that business.
The recruiting and ops people have been retained. Not sure if a new coach has any say there, but I assume they're not going anywhere. White and Dial are worth their weight in gold and maintain the relationships with all of the current recruits.
I wish them all good luck and would've loved to see a few of our positional coaches join the new staff. Especially Acosta, Daoust and Gregory.

Really hope Hicks gets his walking papers.
It would be a bad move to let/make Gregory walk out the door. Other Assistants as well, but, I believe those ships sailed more than a week ago.

Ever since the Marrone era I have feared the day we lost Daoust. He, in my opinion, was our best assistant and demanded and got the most out of our young D-Line players. Really gonna miss him! Stinks.
Let's work it out. Assume each man is 180 pounds, 16 oz per pound and approximately $1065 an oz, means each man is worth about $3.1mm. Are they worth that?
