Walton is talking about everything but the game... but every so often he mentions Mike's name in some non sequitur. Game now at halftime... UW up by 5 over Oregon State.

Walton has completely lost his mind. He has entirely lost whatever brain function controls whether or not a thought in his head is verbalized. There is literally no filter between his brain and mouth, whatever pops into it comes straight out his mouth.

Also, amazing to see Hop get 20 wins out of that roster. Really wish he was coaching SU next year.

Me too. We will never know what could have happened if he stayed. My fear is that he’ll never come back.

"have you ever been attacked by a capybara ?"

It's a guinea pig gone wrong.

the only mention of hopkins i heard went something like this :
"did you know mike hopkins broke his neck surfing ? have you ever broken your neck ? have you ever broken your spine ? did you know that the neck is connected to the spine ?"
big bill then spun off into the rolling stones TATTOO YOU tour and how they had a tattoo parlor back stage but he was too chicken to get one. and then on to the tunnel project... and then FINALLY some basketball insight...
"stevie thompson jr can't hit FTS !"

Listening to him now on the call for USC v UCLA. It is painful. Switching to SNL in 22 minutes.
