Who will step up and be a leader in that locker room? Will the players show passion all year versus just the last few weeks of the season? We get positive answers to these questions combined with a reasonable schedule we will be ok. 7-8 win ok.

We pretty much get everyone back on offense (minus Moe Neal), so i expect the offense to be much, much improved. It'll be a big off-season for Devito. He needs to take big step forward next year. The oline i expect will be pretty solid, so that should help Devito. The non-conf schedule is a joke, if we can't get to 6 wins next year then there will be big, big problems.

I get the feeling Babers keeps the entire Offensive staff. When you hear him interviewed, he seems to put the brunt of the blame on the Defense underachieving.

I am very excited for the 2020 season. If for no other reason other than the hope a new season brings. In my humble opinion, Dino Babers needs to hire a new DC from outside the program who can devise/implement a successful defensive scheme based on what is already here at Syracuse and with what arrives in the 2020 class. In other words totally scrap the Tampa Two. Once he is here a few years, he can recruit to fit. On offense, evolution needs to occur along with creativity. This current Syracuse University is predictable and has become relatively easy to defend. Every offensive system must constantly evolve and this one the last couple years has not. I would prefer that Lynch be replaced but that probably isn't going to happen. I really wish Lewis was still here. I see the has began to turn Kent State around finishing the year at 6-6, 5-3 in the MAC. Here is to hoping 2020 is a lot different because necessary changes were made and they worked. Go Orange!!!!!!!1

Unless we find a way to get Jordan on the field most of the time our offense will still be average. Right now Jackson is our only playmaker. We need Jordan to have the opportunity to break plays. Speed can't be taught. Jordan showed he can make people miss and outrun them.

I agree!!! Scrap the Tampa 2!!! I think as far as I know there’s a reason why most college defenses don’t use it but for some reason it’s going to work here. That makes no sense
