Extremely favorable schedule after Tennessee

Man, some of you really like to ride the roller coaster. Remember, it's a season. I think we win tonight and "right" the ship. As the OP mentioned, we have a favorable schedule to start which is important for a new squad (and getting Donnie healthy), so we should be able to rattle off a nice run and get right back into things.

The only chance this team has to dance is by winning tonight and then winning at least 11-12 in the ACC, even that might not be enough.

Lose tonight and the only viable path is likely winning the ACCT, barring a 14+ win conference season.

The schedule is part of the reason I think Vegas wasn't a Catastrophe. Even if we lose to Tennessee and start 4-4, if we then run off a 10-2 streak before NC State we could be ranked... We certainly will be if we win them all, and we'll be favored even in most of those league games.

ranked? no way. They will have beat no one and would still be sitting with 6 losses? Probably wouldnt even be on the bubble let alone viewed as a top 25 team

I think it’s a good thing. Should be like a hot knife through butter after the last 4 games. Win by huge margins to help the NET. Use it to work on things that need to improve. Rest Donnie. Then storm through the ACC.
