Think he got a little block happy after his last two monster games... The blocks will still be there... Teams will follow Providence's lead and try to get him in foul trouble... I can see Crowder working the foul line and pump faking all day... Hopefully this will be addressed and corrected, especially with Baye banged up

I'm more concerned about the fact that he stays on his feet instead of looking for so many charges. He has been tremendous at drawing that call this year... amazing in the sense that it is usually a pretty heady play, and that CERTAINLY wasn't Fab last year... still though, we saw tonight just how a horribly officiated game can really bite us in regards to our Bigs. CANNOT ALLOW THE REFS TO DECIDE THE GAME.

He did. The problem was he was not getting the charging calls he ususally gets. That's the problem with that strategy.

agreed, and yea between the bad calls and providence head fakes he lost his timing for the rest of the game

Trouble is, relying on charges does allow refs to decide the game.

Officiating is poor, and counting on refs to properly make a block/charge distinction invites disaster. Especially since Fab has a reputation as a flopper.

He needs to keep his feet.

Plus, the refs missed a block on Fab the end of the game. Fab was clearly in the circle. It was a no call. Would have been his 5th.

Yeah, but given that Coleman led with his forearm and pushed off, it should've been offensive (not sure that the circle's relevant there - it's pretty established that it's a foul when you give someone a forearm shiver).
