Maybe it is the players not the coaching? Kevin Donahue was a top notch faceoff coach when he developed guys like Brennan, Cercy, Faisee, Dirrgl, etc. A couple years of Daddio, Buhr and whatever else they have run out there cost him that responsibility.

I noticed in some of the face offs in the playoffs the opponent face off guy was immediacy getting his hip into our players body and boxing him out. Thy never seemed to counter or copy this move. Was very frustrating.
