Here is my guess at road trip desirability. I've factored in weather, opponent "Wow Factor", stadium, Tourist Stuff to do (Golf, Beach, Historic, etc..), game day atmosphere and lastly cost.

My categories are each equally weighted but you need to factor in what is weighted more to you. Rating scale: 1 to 6. The higher the number the better. I had a real problem with opponent "Wow Factor" so 4 teams all received 3 pts.

Categories: Weather, Wow Factor, Stadium Amenities/Unique, Tourist Stuff, GameDay Atmo, Cost: Travel/Food/Tix

Minnesota 22-Sep 5, 3, 6, 5, 4, 2 Total 25 pts
Rutgers 13-Oct 4, 3, 1, 4, 3, 5 Total 21 pts
USF 27-Oct 6, 3, 5, 6, 2, 4 Total 26 pts
Cincy 3-Nov 3, 3, 2, 2, 4, 3 Total 17 pts
Mizzou 17-Nov 2, 6, 4, 1, 6, 1 Total 18 pts
Temple 23-Nov 1, 1, 3, 3, 1, 6 Total 15 pts

Anybody know how to insert an Excel Spreadsheet or a Word Table?

I think Moqui does it as an image, but I'm not 100% sure.

Wow, that tourism category is mighty lean. What tourist stuff is there to see in Minnesota to rate it a five.:) I know you have Mall of America, probably a Mary Tyler Moore statue and maybe a Paul Bunyan statue, but is there anything else. I know it's slim pickings after the Tampa Bay area, but some of those areas are a little lean for tourism. At least in Philly you have the Liberty Bell, Ben Franklin's grave and the Rocky statue. As always, great job.

USF is first for the fact you have golf, beach, great weather and amusemnet parks for the kiddos nearby. My idea on a FB road trip is mostly outdoor stuff...Minnesota comes in 2nd by default by having a late Sept date. Golf, some strolling along the Mississippi, several Indian Casinos nearby, MOA and the Aquarium , normal mish-mash of museums, maybe a late season baseball game, riverboat rides, and also the leaves would be starting to turn in MSP. MSP is a very cool city with lots to do downtown and nearby. I downgraded Rutgers because there is nothing to really do around New Brunswick...you need to go into NYC. I downgraded Temple figuring the weather would be crappy but some might like all the historic stuff. Cincy is neat and realistically probably should be higher. Mizzou is in the middle of nothing.

If you decide to change something, let me know and I'll update my post above accordingly. I'll monitor this thread.
