Matt Brown's Extra Points, which focuses on college athletics business, has started building a database of contracts for women's CBB coaches.

FLJ's contract is included (state school - public record). In 2019, UB was paying her $270,000 a year, plus perks (like a car).

I have no knowledge of what the coaching plan is for 2022-2023, but since since Felisha Legette-Jack checks A LOT of desirable boxes, I thought this would be interesting to share.

Thanks for sharing. I looked up Tammi Reiss - she is making $195k at URI, will get bumped to $200k in the 4th year (2022-2023 season) of her contract which expires in 2024. I'm not sure how much of the Q stink is attached to her & former asst Amadou though and that would need to be thoroughly investigated before consideration. I'm not entirely sold on Legette-Jack

Had we hired Legette Jack 10 years ago when she was mid 40's. That would have been a good hire.
Now we need a good young coach that can rebuild the team, and make us competitive with the top teams.

On the one hand I can understand the point here but on the other there hasn't been much parity in women's college bball since its inception to the NCAA in 1982. Most of the excellent players went to a handful of schools. I'm always happy when UConn loses because there is hope that the playing field will eventually level out like it has for men's bball.

Don't think Reiss is an option, believe she will be the next coach at Virginia.
