I'm expecting between 100-150 folks.
Details
Where: Lot 2 (north of stadium). I hope to set up near the trees on the western boundary of Lot 2 (see map below)
When: 10:30am to 3:15pm
Look for flagpole flying a Syracuse Block S flag and a White 10th MTN flag
Grills are being turned off at 2:45pm. We start to break down and clean up at 3:00pm

TexanMark/orangello: Flagpole w/2 flags (Block S and 10th MTN), Coleman Roadtrip Grill, Mini table and Table Top Grill, Canopy, two coolers w/ice, canopy weight plates, small aluminum table, Propane, tongs, serving spoons, serving platter, lighter, scissors, knife, tailgate emergency supply kit, Napkins, Plasticware for 150, plates for 200, 30-40 cups, paper towel, hand sanitizer, plastic serving gloves and several large garbage bags.

AirForceOrange: Canopy, Roadtrip Grill, Propane, tongs and serving platter

4 bottles of yellow and spicy brown mustard
2 bottles of Ketchup
1 box of assorted chip bags
Phsyra: 6 Dozen Hofmanns, 40lbs of ice, 1 or 2 cases of Beer Pong Beer
SarasotaPaul: 6 Dozen Hofmanns and 4 cases of water
allcuse: Shish-K-Bobs
OrangeJet: 10 cases of beer
Cabby1: 2 Dozen German Franks Hofmann's and 2 dozen hot dog buns, a side to share (gameday decision)
plus (1 each backup case of water and beer)
AirForceOrange: Cookies (several dozen), potato salad, baked beans
JJReddawg: case Diet Coke, case Coke, case Sprite, 2 cases of water, snacks for kids.
JarheadJim: 1 case of working man's drinking beer, 1 small side dish

Finally, I expect folks would stay to help clean up.
Post Game: We plan to meet in the Lot at the end of the game to celebrate or commiserate.
