'Ham boys lost to FM in Class AA sectional soccer final last night. Tough way to end the season.

They played FM during the regular season at FM and won 2-1 in OT.

I happened to be up for Homecoming a bit early and went to the game.

IMHO, 'Ham had some serious talent up front but suspect in the back and at keeper.

Would have been nice to go back-to-back (after their 19-0 sectional-winning season last year).

Dang that stinks. Claude is such a good coach and good human being. My mom taught him at Hw smith. I actually think he could end up getting a college job soon. He’s made Ham into a great program. Now I just gotta work on getting the golf team back and going.
