fix for the dome

watched a show on history channel last night on the new Chernobyl fix

maybe they plan on using this to fix the dome roof and it would require nothing to be shut down.

we could make it out of translucent glass and slide it over, remove the current roof when done.. It would be vastly lighter, then blow out some sides to add concourses as needed.. you could do it in much smaller scale and sections at a time too

Just put a glass bubble over all of north campus (a la the Stephen King tv series, "Under the Dome"). It would also eliminate the negative recruiting about the weather and you can still call it the "Dome".

the size and scope of doing the dome would be much more feasible doing it this way..
