The '01 Miami team is better. Some think it's the best of all time. The roster is sick.

Overall, 38 members of the team would be selected in the NFL Draft. As of 2012, they had earned an astonishing 41 trips to the Pro Bowl.

Winston is already better than Ken Dorsey.

But if you were, you never mentioned the NFL players on that roster.

They did almost have two slip ups. BC was inside the 10 trying to win that game and that crazy bounce of the Miami DB's leg. VT dropped a game tying 2 point conversion, then still got the ball at midfield with a chance to kick a FG.

Both chances ruined by Ed Reed, destroyer of dreams.

You noticed I left him off the list. I could've played QB with Mckinnie blocking while I handed it off to whichever RB was in. Heck, I could hand it to the other team just for fun and let the defense get it back.

Yes, yes it is. The defense was almost an NFL roster too. Ed Reed, Antrel Rolle, and Sean Taylor in the secondary; Vince Wilfork anchoring the d-line, and Vilma flying around wrecking guys.

Is FSU the best team we will have ever played? 91 or 01 miami. Tennessee won a NC but they were lucky all year. FSU 2013 > VT 2001 , I think.

For my memory,01 Maimi, 98 Florida, 99 Va Tech. and 97 K State were the best teams Syracuse has played, in that order.
