The problem is Syracuse has like 20 different hashtags that players/fans/coaches refer to. #orangenation #cusefootball #Cusenation etc... for what its worth..if you have ever been to Tallahassee...there is nothing to do there other than go to school at FSU. Id rather live in Gary Indiana.

As someone who has social media research as part of his job... caring about follower counts is insanity.

For starters, the majority of followers are bots and spam, not real people. Next, brands buy followers constantly. Next next, many of these schools have athletic department accounts that dwarf their football-specific accounts, like SU. Lastly, even the top of the list, FSU's 54K followers, is ridiculously tiny. This an argument about who's largest amoeba.
