This morning I received a survey from the A.D office looking for feedback on the game day experience so far in 2017. It also provides an opportunity for feedback on the ticket prices, payment plans and customer service experience. I am glad that they did this now, rather than at the end of the season so that they can get a jump start on evaluating feedback sooner than later. Maybe even tweak some things during the final two home games. I know that we have many threads on multiple topics related to the game day experience and ticket prices, Dome renovations, paying Babers and staff, etc. This is an opportunity to put all of those thoughts into one with the feedback going right to the A.D. office. They also offer the opportunity to win some cool prizes for participating...just a heads up to be on the lookout in your email. It appears to be for season ticket holders only at this time, based on the types of feedback that they were looking for, but I could be wrong. WDO!
