...by watching a one-sided SU loss, (they won last night).
I usually follow the small college playoffs in football closely but I'm also an "To everything, there is a season" and have paid little attention to the spring FCS season they have tried to put together. I was aware that perennial champion North Dakota State had lost their long winning streak during the season and been beaten again in the playoffs. I didn't realize that my other favorite FCS team, Delaware, (over the years they've represented the East well with 6 national tiles), were undefeated and had reached the national semi0finals, which began at Noon today. So I decided to watch that game. It looked exactly like the Syracuse lacrosse games I've been watching:

I confess I'd had as much as I could take at halftime and turned the TV set off. You can take only so much of watching unanswered scores by the other team.
