I want to take the opportunity to put in a plug for another new bar/restaurant in the area--Muddy Waters in B'Ville. Cajun/Soouthern BBQ themed but surprisingly also have poutine on their menu--the fries are cooked in duck fat no less!

duck fat rules ! McDonald fries used to be GREAT way back before they switched from beef tallow to veggie , canola oil or whatever crap they used to please the vegans and completely ruin them for the rest of us.
