Brady Denaburg really put it together. Good for him. Jayden stepped up early in the year and we can no longer score, so accurate placekicking has been de-emphasized going forward.

J'onre Reed playing well for USC

Nice pod with our old friend and surrogate grandson! Bittersweet as it’s great to see him doing so well but miss him and his family terribly.

Isn't Joe More doing an OL academy and not playing?
Joe works for Velocity Football Academy in Atlanta training high level college O Linemen to prep for the NFL draft. They also have a skills development program and an elite high school week.

I'm sure he'll try to make a (practice) squad as an Undrafted Free Agent.
(UFA... I don't know why many use UDFA - "Undrafted" is one word. Ugh.)
Asked ChatGPT if he would be drafted and response was probable for late rounds. So he’s got that going for him!

Good for him but what was Williams teaching him or not teaching him that made him better in Kansas.
Have to think talent evaluation and development may be a contributing factor to Williams’s current employment situation. Have had a lot of information shared with me over the last year, but don’t feel comfortable sharing in an open forum. Suffice to say Dale was very inconsistent in the way he rated his players and not very detailed when giving individual players specific aspects to focus on.

I wasn’t a fan on the initial choice of him. Please tell me more.

Man, that's gotta be half the job, right? You have the individual player development aspect with regards to technique and you have instruction regarding blocking scheme and player responsibilities within the plays. What else is there? If you're not good at teaching technique, what good are you?
