for under gratuate education, cost, debt, getting a job and more. 'Cuse came out 154 in the top 650 schools in US. Here it is by conferences... (once 'Cuse moves to ACC)...projected:

Below are average ranking for each BCS conference by Fortune Magazine scoring. Interestingly,
ACC is TOP DOG in this analysis...and what is interestingly, the new BE falls way at the end of the tunnel.

ACC Average - 129.5
Duke - 24
Boston College - 26
Virginia - 36
UNC - 47
Wake Forest - 53
Virginia Tech - 127
Miami - 132
Georgia Tech - 135
Syracuse - 154
Maryland - 168
Florida State - 193
Clemson - 218
NC State - 235
Pittsburg - 265

Pac 12 Average-187

B1g Average- 189

SEC Average- 259

Big 12 Average 299

BE Average 388

154 is not very good and I suspect lower than it was 5-10 years ago if the same system was/had been used.

That's a list I would like to see SU move up in quite a bit.

How does the Patriot League, Ivy League, Colonial Athletic Conference, NESCAC, Liberty League and Centennial Conference rank. Yes, I know some of those are D III conferences, and three are FCS. But there are some very good schools that are ranked ahead of SU on that list that aren't to be found in the BCS conferences. SU should do better but I don't think 154 is that bad in this grouping of schools.

154 doesn't seem very good but we seem to be around our peers. Surprised Georgia Tech and Maryland are as low as they are, and VT is as high as it is.
