If Kyle McC keeps this up, I’m guessing that others will want to take a spin here as well. And I suspect they will be high level talents. Very exciting.

He could certainly build something extremely special right here at Syracuse and I think he knows that.

I think he sees how the basketball world celebrates JB and in his head says “why not me?”

Yup. And for what it's worth, the guys he hires tend to be like this too. E-Rob turned down a shocking amount of money to stay at A&M. That's not to say we're not taking care of him, but if we're just competing on money, we'll never win.

I think FB will respect the fact that Syr and JW took a chance on him. We will have to do our part but I don't think he'll hold us hostage so long as we pay him enough. And to be fair, I don't think he cares about 10m/year. These are guys that grew up with nothing. He does care about legacy and I really believe he cares about being there for his kids and especially his daughter as she gets older. Call me crazy but he seems like a guy that grinds and then one day, just leaves. Not for another job, but to retire or do something else.
