Fran calling for gameday

Stanford and BC. We have nobody to blame but ourselves
I get Stanford, they are terrible and believe me I am nauseous anytime we lose to BC and get run over by their run game like that. But after seeing them against SMU and today against NC, it isn’t exactly a disgrace to lose to them. As much as I loathe them they are pretty scrappy. And all the close wins we have had too kind of shows we are where we should be

If Texas and Texas A&M were both 5-6 going into the game next week, Gameday would still be headed there. They started playing each other in 1894 and played each other every year from 1915 to 2011. The bad blood between them was amplified when A&M left for the SEC. When the schedules came out, ESPN probably marked it down as 100% for Gameday.

aTm fans are lunatics but it’s also one of the best game day atmospheres in the country.

Syracuse was never the faintest option for Gameday.

If Fran wants it he has the chance to make it happen. This year was never happening.

So stupid going to an 8-3 Texas A&M twice in one season. Miami - Cuse is more important and i thought the point was to go to new places instead of SEC/B10 all week.

It’s a big rivalry and the winner goes to the SEC title game, the SEC is always going to win out with the ESPN stooges. 2022 vs NC State is the game that we should have gotten Gameday, ESPN blows

The weather's supposed to be bad next weekend. I'd rather have Gameday on a nice October day.

This program has a history of beatdowns on national tv games that seems pretty unrivaled. Fran and co added to that history with the no show against Pitt. Is it too much to ask to at least be competitive in these games before asking for gameday? I’m forever scarred by herbstreit literally laughing at us during I think a VaTech massacre.

Isn’t Texas vs A&M on Friday? Why would the do game day the day after the game?
Good memory.

Game was typically played on Friday after Thanksgiving up until last 3 or 4 years of the Big 12 when it moved to Thanksgiving.

Is anyone surprised that Gameday would rather visit the same SEC campus multiple times in a year than come to a northeast school other than Penn State? It's the same bullshit every year with them. It is the reason I haven't watched gameday since Chris Fowler left and even before.
