Agree. I think he is still trying to figure out where the line is between HC and assistant.I feel like Fran doesn’t always remember he is the head coach and gets to make decisions in the face of adversity. He doesn’t need to be a players advocate to himself, he can make a decision and the teams going to respect it because he’s the damn coach
I have an idea… he can’t… we’ve given up on the season if he starts again. He shouldn’t be a D1 QB let alone P4I will give credit to Collins. He said “I” a lot. He knows he was a major issue in this game. He has the character and skill. No idea if he can put it together on the field though.
So what you're saying is that the cake is still baking?I agree with the building culture narrative. I also firmly believe that next year the team will take a step forward. The third year is when you see real growth. First year is a free pass. The second year is having to deal with real expectations and solidifying your philosophy. Third year it takes hold. I think that's true in any job. The third year is when you really get your feet under you and take ownership.
Just hope the snowball isn't on fire.So what you're saying is that the cake is still baking?
Wow shots fired at ERob
Maybe not ERob. I’ve heard a defensive assistant may have been relieve of his duties. Waiting on confirmation.
