Serious question….when was the last time this program actually had a head coach that had the ability/charisma and willingness to engage and recruit donors, boosters and former players?

Not to mention the fanbase.

I remember last winter pointing to the student section at a basketball game and being like "I think that's Kyle McCord!" Sure enough, at a media break, all the new football transfers got an introduction at half court as they fired off t-shirts into the crowd. I have to imagine that was Fran.

Why couldn't we get introduced to the basketball transfers this way at a football game? I've had to say "Yeah he's from Serbia" about 37 times now.
